ButterBeeHappy.Com

Several months ago we told you about Harvard’s “positive psychology” professor, Tal Ben-Shahar, and his efforts to help people lead happier lives. Recently, we ran across a website called ButterBeeHappy.Com , that puts some of his advice into action. The site, which works similarly to Twitter, allows users to create online journals where they can list things they are thankful for or happy about and share those thoughts with others. The idea is that focusing on the good will help you, and others, be happier throughout the day. Obviously, its not going to fix all your problems, but at least it might make you smile; so give it a try and let us know what you think.
