Invisible Children: Schools For Schools

In 2007 students across the U.S. joined in with Invisible Children’s Schools For Schools campaign raising over $1.2 million in 100 days to rebuild schools that had been torn apart by fighting in northern Uganda.  On September 8th, the 2008 campaign takes off with an international tour and a documentary called GO which asks students how far they will go to make a difference in the world.  The hope is that the film will help inspire young people to come up with creative ways to raise money and get involved with this cause.  All the funds raised from the tour will go to continuing efforts to rebuild and maintain excellent schools for the children of Uganda.
